There’s another reason to celebrate one of Coleraine’s much-loved independent businesses, as Anne Swann of Fashion Flair has been nominated for Fashion Boutique of the Year at the Local Women Business Awards 2026.

Anne has been a familiar face in Coleraine retail for almost four decades, having established Fashion Flair in 1988. Today, the boutique on Kingsgate Street continues to attract a loyal following of customers who value Anne’s eye for fashion, extensive range and, above all, the personal service for which she has become so well known.

Over the years, customers have travelled from across Northern Ireland and beyond to shop with Anne, who has always said that the relationships she has built with her customers are at the heart of the business.

Now those customers - and the wider Coleraine community - have the opportunity to show their support following her nomination for Fashion Boutique of the Year.

Anne said she is incredibly proud to have been nominated and is very grateful to everyone who has supported Fashion Flair over the years.

“I’m so proud to have been nominated, and I really appreciate all the support I receive from my customers. I would be absolutely delighted if my customers and the Coleraine public would take a moment to vote for Fashion Flair.”

It’s always fantastic to see one of Coleraine’s independent businesses receiving recognition, so if you would like to support Anne and Fashion Flair, voting is now open.
