Marketing Executive

Marketing Executive

Coleraine

£28,000

At JKC BMW, we’ve been committed to delivering the Ultimate Driving Machine since 1972 - a legacy built on automotive excellence, customer obsession, and a deep passion for the road.

Today, that spirit continues across both JKC BMW and JKC MINI, two of Northern Ireland’s most iconic automotive brands, known for premium experiences, bold creativity, and a commitment to doing things properly.

We’re now looking for a Marketing Executive who lives and breathes great storytelling - someone with digital confidence, fresh ideas, and a genuine enthusiasm for the automotive world. Whether you’re a self-confessed petrol head, a lover of luxury brands, or a creative who gets excited about capturing the perfect shot, this role gives you the chance to shape how BMW & MINI come to life online and in the real world.

Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, this role is ideal for someone who has already begun building a strong grounding in marketing - through hands-on experience or a placement-year-driven degree - and is now ready to take ownership of campaigns, content, and brand moments that make an impact.

Your Impact.

You’ll be a creator, a storyteller, and the digital voice behind BMW & will:

  • Lead social media content creation across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging platforms, producing high-quality video, photography, reels, stories, and written content.

  • Develop and deliver multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and showroom environments.

  • Write and refine campaign briefs in collaboration with the Marketing Manager to ensure clarity, creativity, and brand alignment.

  • Plan and deliver premium customer events and product launches that attract new prospects and strengthen loyalty.

  • Support key partnerships and flagship events, including the North West 200, Stendhal Festival, Cars & Coffee events, and other high-profile brand activations that elevate JKC’s presence in the community.

  • Collaborate with our Digital Marketing Agency to deliver effective PPC, SEO, and paid social activity.

  • Ensure website content is accurate and optimised, supported by weekly audits.

  • Analyse campaign performance, website data, and social insights to elevate future activity.

  • Manage campaigns end-to-end, overseeing timelines, stakeholder communication, reporting, and BMW Group logging - while activating BMW Group Retailer campaigns locally to ensure national activity lands with maximum impact.

  • Use DMS (Dealership Management System) and CRM system in line with GDPR to identify customer segments and extract data for targeted campaigns.

  • Bring fresh ideas, trend awareness, and creative energy to ensure JKC stays ahead of the curve.

  • Report progress, insights, and recommendations directly to the Marketing Manager.

What Your Day Might Look Like.

  • Filming and editing short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and Facebook.

  • Capturing premium photography of vehicles, events, and lifestyle moments.

  • Writing engaging copy for social, email, website, and campaign materials.

  • Monitoring social media performance and community engagement.

  • Lead management and follow-up activity.

  • Supporting events, launches, and customer experiences.

  • Conducting weekly website audits and digital performance reports.

  • Updating marketing collateral quarterly.

  • Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and communicated to stakeholders.

  • Completing post-campaign analysis and supporting budget alignment.

Who You Are.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:

  • Someone with a solid passion for and grounding in marketing, holding a Marketing, Advertising, Business or similar degree (essential), supported by either around three years of hands-on experience or a placement year where you contributed to real, live campaigns - giving you the confidence and capability to take ownership from day one.

  • confident creator who loves producing short-form video, photography, and social-first content.

  • strong writer who can switch effortlessly between BMW’s premium tone and MINI’s playful personality.

  • Digitally fluent, with an understanding of PPC, SEO, social algorithms, and website optimisation.

  • Analytical, curious, and comfortable using data to guide decisions.

  • Highly organised, with strong project-management skills.

  • natural communicator with excellent attention to detail.

  • Someone with a keen interest in the automotive industry.

  • Passionate about luxury brands, design, and the lifestyle that surrounds BMW & MINI.

  • The type of person who might describe themselves as a self-confessed petrol head, energised by the idea of working closely with two world-class automotive marques.

  • Eligible to work in the UK

  • A full, clean UK driving licence holder (essential).

Why This Role Matters for Your Career.

This role suits someone ambitious, switched-on, and excited by the idea of shaping how two world-class brands show up online and in the real world - with direct mentorship from the Marketing Manager, alongside world-class support and training from BMW Group.

You’ll gain exposure to:

  • Structured BMW Group training programmes, including marketing, brand communication, and product knowledge.

  • Clear progression pathways, with opportunities to grow and specialise.

  • Hands-on experience with premium brand campaigns, events, and partnerships that accelerate your portfolio and professional credibility.

  • A fast-paced environment where your ideas are heard, your creativity is valued, and your development is taken seriously.

This is a role where your career can genuinely take off - with the backing of a global brand and the agility of a family-owned retailer.
