Get ready for a paw-some afternoon as Coleraine Connect's Big Bark Dog Show comes to the Event Space at The Diamond on Saturday, 18th July.

The free family event promises an afternoon packed with fun, entertainment and plenty of canine charm, with registration opening at 12 noon at the event space at Coleraine Town Hall and judging getting underway from 1pm. Entry is free and places will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

Hosted by the ever-popular Willie Gregg, the event is supported by Wolfepack Dog Walking, Alpha One Doggie Daycare and Let Loose Agility Park.

Visitors can also enjoy live music from DJ Triggs and Jamie Sloan, face painting, balloon modelling and special appearances from Bluey and Marshall from Paw Patrol.

Dogs will compete for rosettes, certificates and prizes across ten fun-filled categories:

• Best Puppy (3–12 months)

• Golden Oldie (8 years and over)

• Waggiest Tail

• Best Rescue Dog

• Best Trick

• Best Dressed Dog

• Best Junior Handler (13 years and under)

• Best Small Dog

• Best Large Dog

• Best in Show

The top three dogs in every category will receive a rosette, certificate and prize, with first-place winners taking home prizes generously donated by local businesses.
