Founded in 2008 in Northern Ireland, Whoosh began with a simple mission: to share our love of food, our culture, and the stories behind every recipe we create. What started as private and corporate event catering soon grew into our own Thai & Vietnamese Street Food Café, where fresh ingredients, honest cooking, and big flavours quickly won the hearts (and bellies) of food lovers across Northern Ireland.

Our belief has always been simple: fresh, delicious food cooked with love makes all the difference. It nourishes, brings people together, and creates moments worth sharing.

As our journey grew, so did our dream — a Whoosh, anywhere, anytime. In 2022, that dream became reality with the launch of our Whoosh Instant Noodle Pots — authentic Thai and Vietnamese-inspired meals handcrafted with care, using pure, quality ingredients and ready in minutes wherever life takes you — work, school, gym, home, or on the go.

Today, the range has grown to seven exciting flavours, from comforting Vietnamese favourites to bold Thai classics — giving food lovers more flavour, more choice, and endless ways to level up their noodles.
